He is trying to rule all of the galaxy with his army of ninja. Before Elise was captured she sent all information to his best fighter Cyber Samurai and asked him to save them from Dark Grifter. The holographic recording of Elise helps Cyber Samurai on his journey to beat the Dark Grifter army of ninja.
