    I am really struggling with my mental health and was looking up therapy apps and found this. I couldn’t believe it really was free and so easy to use, this is exactly what I need right now, sleep music helps me so much and I’ve been looking for focus music too. I don’t usually get very emotional over apps, but this is a blessing. Thank you.
