Description
Already have a great set of IOS Synth apps but want to get some unique sounds & rhythms from them? MidiSequencer is a step sequencer designed to let you play with melodic tunes on the fly to create exotic sounds from your favourite IOS and hardware synths. ** Reworked as Universal device (iPhone 4s,5,6,6+ and all iPads) ** Comprehensive manual available for view http://www.amssoftware.org/manual/midiSequencerManual.pdf With step sequencing, up to 16 midi notes can be defined and played back interactively using buttons, sliders and swipes. It therefore lends itself to more experimental style of music making as steps can have all manner of variations - pitch, velocity, length, midi channel, swing, % probability(note or velocity) and musical ornaments such as ratchetting and mordents. With the addition of chords, each step can also send out up to 128 note chords. You can create your own chords by using a on-screen keyboard or pick common ones such as the dim7. Midi FX are now included included echo, filters, layering and note rotation.... MidiSequencer also offers extreme tempos (from 1 to 1020BPM) and a variety of Master/Slave combinations utilising midi clocks. SPECIAL NOTES : 1) iOS 8 or greater only so iPad 1 not suported 2) Iphone 4 upwards only 3) This app makes no sound (although it can send/receive midi to coreMidi apps you have installed on your iPad). 4) To communicate with external midi equipment you will need a suitable iPad midi interface unless you use the Midi Network sessions over wifi. 5) 64 bit compliant
