One of the best online games I have ever played. Does Not break the bank to play, interaction with other players, awesome graphics, great upgrades and customization options, and a great way to pass the time.

I have spent a lot of time and money on this game and overall it is good fun but there are a few very annoying problems that make me give the game 2 stars. To start with, the game keeps lagging, freezing and force quitting despite the fact I have a new phone and good internet connection (and I have checked to make sure I have plenty of storage space Incase that’s the issue). When trying to access the global market on the game it takes ages and freezes meaning that by the time it’s loaded all the good items have already gone and I miss out on loads of things I need. The worst and most irritating problem of all is that the game will randomly deduct diamonds from my account for absolutely no reason !! Bare in mind I have spent my actual money on these, this is terribly irritating and making me want to delete the game. I used to really enjoy it but these problems need to be fixed or I will have to delete it !

This is definitely an addictive game with good potential but it’s also incredibly frustrating due to the fact some of the products take far too long to make and the amount of ingredients needed to make the products increase far too much as you go up the levels. I normally give up on games like this after a while as to make any real progress at a reasonable time you will have to spend money which I am not prepared to do. I enjoy games where there are numerous challenges but I think some of the challenges on here are just not needed eg getting so many building materials (which are very hard to come across) to expand storage space and having to chop down trees to place the buildings, I don’t think these tasks add anything to the game just another frustration!

Would have loved to given the game 5 stars (even that’s generous) but unfortunately there are too many glitches and gimmicks. Firstly the game freezes like all the time (I have good internet connection and latest iPhone), secondly produce take way too long to be ready which means you can’t play the game and thirdly you need diamonds to unlock items which I think should be a given. For example at level 33 you can unlock the snack bar however it costs 190 diamonds, but if I’ve worked my hardest to get to level 33 why should I they have to buy diamonds out of my own money for something that I unlocked by reaching the level. So technically it hasn’t unlocked as you have to pay for it, which is unfair.

I started off loving this game. I was going to buy the money fountain pack when I first started but as I went to pay for it it disappeared and didn’t come back. I wrote to them asking for help and didn’t get a reply, but I still carried on despite this. I then got the weekend event, I was doing really well, ended some of the quests using gems as some of them just wouldn’t load. Like watch a video. Before they came up all the time, but as soon as you want one to load there was no sign of one. As I was almost at a stage I could finish I had my VIP come early so I could get the goals finished in time, the game stalled and all I get now is VIP will be arriving soon... so no 40 gems for me. It’s also such a shame you have to wait so long for products too. Not a game you can sit and play for long periods of time. You say write to you about the problems we are having but you never reply back. So I’m left writing a review on here instead. So very annoying!!!
