RaceConnect links transponder timing, race tracking and event safety - all - in one sustainable solution where your smart phone is the hub. No more single-use timing chips. No extra tracking devices! Take advantage of tomorrow's technology and stay connected with RaceConnect. RaceConnect is available to selected sporting events, where timing is provided by Ultimate Sports Service. The participant will need a personal Tracking Code in order to enable the service. Notes on background services: After connecting the tracker, RaceConnect may utilise background location services and/or Bluetooth, in order to provide additional tracking and timing data for the event. Continued use of GPS or Bluetooth running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
