Scales Pro utilizes the circle of fifths to help you learn scales and chords. Swipe to rotate the wheel and choose one of the 12 tones of the chromatic scale. Tap to hear the tone. The app includes colour-coded fretboards and keyboards, 12 scales for guitar, and six piano chords.     I initially gave this 1 star because you Couldn’t do anything other than look at the initial screen. App would close out as soon as you touched anything. After upgrading it works great and does what it’s supposed to.

    Very cool app! The clean design makes me want to pay a buck for no ads, which I’m gonna probably do. I do hope that your guys’ next step is to add the modes for guitar! Maybe increase the amount of scales, that would be dope!? Edit: They added modes, I’m very impressed! Thx guys!

    This is a nicely designed app with a clean layout. It shows scales and modes in every key with the circle of fifths on top and a fretboard or keyboard below showing scales and modes. Works great for me. There are no ads at this time, which is appreciated.

    Good for budding musicians but I wish there was just a spot to view the actual cof chart somewhere. Like with sharps flats relative minors etc.
